Brower's has been providing free next day delivery for over 20 years! We will deliver your order for FREE the next day if:
- you place your order before 3:00 p.m. one business day before (i.e. Friday orders will be delivered on Monday);
- the order is at least $25; and
- the delivery address is in Miami County, Ohio.
Our driver will also deliver your order where you want it--he won't leave it on your doorstep. Some customers request that Brower Stationers deliver directly into their supply room and we're happy to accommodate them!
HASSLE-FREE RETURNS
If you receive your order and are not happy with a product, we'll take it back and give you a credit or replace the item the next day. Also, if an item comes to you damaged or defective we will replace it at no charge to you. Our products are 100% guaranteed and we stand by them.
BACK-ORDERS
We check the stock in our warehouses before placing our orders everyday. If we see that your item is out of stock; we'll contact you ASAP and recommend a replacement item. However, some customers are content to wait on their specific item. We give you the option!

FURNITURE ASSEMBLY & DELIVERY
- Assembly: When you place an order for furniture we'll ask you if you need it to be assembled. If the answer is yes, our fee is 15% of the price of the furniture. Most office chairs are simple to assemble and we do not charge a fee for this service.
- Delivery: Depending upon the size of the order and if you need the furniture assembled, the delivery time may not be next-day. We will work with you to schedule a delivery time that works for both of us.
